Sit Down Meals and Buffets
Sit down dinners or lunches can be presented in two forms: plated or buffet-style. The former is of course more involved and requires significantly more staffing and expense. However, both are excellent options for any potential client.
The pricing of any such event is a difficult thing given the broad fluctuation in market prices for raw product. Given this, it is in the best interest of the client that each event be customized for him or her.
This said, pricing for a buffet-style dinner will typically range from fifteen (22) to thirty (30) dollars per person. Plated dinners can range anywhere from twenty-eight (28) to fifty-five (55) dollars per plate or more, depending on number of courses, the nature of those courses, and so on.
